It’s that time of year again, folks. Obviously, this year’s actual Oktoberfest event has not yet arrived, but the annual Logo Design Competition for Chippewa Falls’ Oktoberfest has!
The Chippewa Falls Area Chamber of Commerce announced the competition’s opening on Jan. 3, entry deadline for it set for Tuesday, Jan. 31. The winner will see their design utilized in marketing efforts for the event – slated for Sept. 15-16, 2023, at the Northern Wisconsin State Fairgrounds – and on t-shirts, steins, and more.
The winning design must adhere to a handful of rules and feature:
- 6-inch diameter circle design
- The “Oktoberfest Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin” banner in any color
- “20th Annual”
- Festival Dates: “September 15-16, 2023”
- 1+ maple or oak leaves
- Bavarian checkered print
To see the rest of the guidelines for the contest, see Oktoberfest’s official contest rules. Submissions must be sent as a .pdf, .jpeg, or .png, via email to ofest@chippewachamber.org by the deadline date. Include your name, phone number, and mailing address in the submission.
One winner will claim the $150 cash award plus an Oktoberfest weekend experience package for two.
