Volume One is now ten years old, and a lot has happened here since the first issue was published back in March of 2002. We’re not brave enough to label these last ten years as the Chippewa Valley’s Finest Decade. It’s not a contest. However, we’re more than happy to label these last ten years as ... pretty fantastic. Yes, there have been struggles and setbacks. But that’s OK. Because there have always been interesting people doing interesting things. There has always been progress and development. There has always been art. And there will always be opinions on how good these things are (or are not). But our jaws dropped enough in the last decade to know that something different has been going on, and it’s been ... pretty fantastic.
