Who should be nominated?
We’re looking for people of any age or background who work to bridge difference and bring people together in the Chippewa Valley — people who are actively working to make a change in our community.
Nominees should be actively involved in the fight for a fairer future, embody the work of justice, and spread kindness and inclusivity within the Chippewa Valley community. Their efforts may be seen, felt, or heard through their day-to-day work or through the large-scale impact they have on their community.
Nomination Process
- Nominations are collected and reviewed in Spring/Summer.
- Uniting Bridges leads a panel of key community members from diverse backgrounds and industries who evaluate nominations and work together in selecting each year’s honorees.
- Up to three individuals and one organization are selected for awards, and significantly featured in the pages of Volume One in print, online, and social media.
