The two main styles of twin homes are the Kennedy and the Jefferson, both starting at around 1,200 sq/ft and containing two bedrooms. Customizations for the units include basement finishes (which can add more bedrooms), lookout or walkout basements, custom cabinetry, screen porches, as well as three and four-season rooms.
Every single C&M home is third-party tested by the Wisconsin Focus on Energy Certification, which certifies they are 30-40% more efficient than the building code and more environmentally friendly. This process includes spraying all attic penetrations with insulated foam, adding 1-inch foam on walls, and adding radon and moisture vents to improve air quality, moisture levels, and ventilation.
