Sydney is from Lancaster, Wisconsin but made her way up to Eau Claire for college. She is graduating in December 2022 with a Bachelors Social Work with a focus in child welfare from UWEC! She is new to The Local Store team but has retail experience from her seasonal job in Big Sur, California in 2021, where she got to live and work along the coast and meet people from all over the world! She loves getting to know more about the community she lives in as well as traveling to National Parks and seeing what the world has to offer. She loves hiking, music, baking, coffee shops, and exploring new places!
