"Hip" Hop Barre Fusion
Expect those barre shakes to move from your calves and quads, to hips as you get a full-body workout to your favorite hip-hop songs, spending the majority of of time on hip-focused moves. Cooldown will dedicate extra time to stretching out those hard-working hip muscles.
