Gentle Yoga provides all the benefits of yoga at a slower, steadier pace. It helps reduce stress, feel strong yet flexible, and increase positive energy. Reserve member instructor, Karen Wise, will include instruction on how to do poses, breathing techniques and relaxation practice. Please dress in loose-fitting clothing, bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on the floor and a water bottle.
