The Flag Raising Ceremony will take place at the Fairgrounds Flag Garden at 11 AM, Saturday, September 11th and feature music, local speakers, and a ceremonial flag raising by the Chippewa Valley Boy Scouts Council. There will also be FREE ADMISSION that day (normally $12 for ages 12 and older) for all active and retired military and first responders courtesy of Sport Rider of Altoona.
