Tucked away in the Avalon Hotel, New Maharaja sports a broad menu influenced by North Indian style cooking. They have freshly ground spices and freshly made naan bread in their tandoori clay ovens. They offer a lunch buffet from 11am-3pm, and a wider array of meals available for dinner plus Sunday brunch, paired with personable service. Their food is less spicy than the more commonly found South Indian style cooking, but still offers heat for the thrillseekers.
