“Figuratively Speaking” Artist Reception @The Library

The L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library in downtown Eau Claire is hosting a group art exhibit called “Figuratively Speaking”r now through Wednesday, August 28. Selected artists were invited to use their imaginations and create a work of that relates to their own concept of "figuratively speaking." An opening reception was held on Thursday, June 13.
