Christmastime in the City is downtown Eau Claire’s signature holiday event, featuring a visit with Santa, horse-drawn wagon rides, hot cocoa for all and cookies for all kids, and the lighting of Downtown’s Christmas Tree. This year's festivities took place on Saturday, Dec. 1.
