Farm-to-Table Meal Fundraiser for The Community Table

Luke Zahm, a James Beard-nominated chef and owner of the Driftless Cafe in Viroqua, Wis. teamed up with Amy Huo, executive chef at the Informalist in Eau Claire. On Thursday, January 11, the two created an original farm-to-table meal and served it at the Community Table in support of the agency's work.
