Volume One's Chalkfest 2013 was in downtown Eau Claire's Wilson Park on Saturday, August 3, with well over a hundred local and regional artists chalking up the park's various sidewalks. The artists worked all day long as thousands of onlookers meandered by to watch the work in progress. This photo set (below) spans the whole day, showing the art being created, the people who came, and all the rest of the fun.
