Advertising Sales & Media Strategist

Volume One, the Chippewa Valley’s award-winning and impactful digital media, video, and event company is hiring a hard-working, high-energy sales executive/account manager to help take us into our 20th year of dynamic community success.


Collaborate with our experienced sales squad to help local ideas, businesses, and events succeed in the Chippewa Valley and beyond. Work with our in-house creative team and a broad array of clients to sell impactful digital, social, and traditional marketing campaigns; exciting event activations, sponsorships, and promotions; and collaborative content creation including videos, stories, design work, and more. You’ll take charge of discovering these revenue-generating relationships and concepts for a well-established but creative and growing media organization with deep relevance to its community, all while meeting and working with key community and business leaders of all kinds.


Must have proven people skills and the ability to cultivate and maintain a robust client list. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a creative and tenacious business mindset are required and significant experience in sales (traditional and digital media sales especially) is preferred. Formal education in business, sales, or marketing is also preferred. But most importantly, the candidate must possess the hunger to succeed for themselves, their company, and the community, while adhering to high ethical standards.


This is a full-time, salaried position (plus generous commissions) in a bright and interesting office space in downtown Eau Claire.
