Looking to pump those legs and raise some money for a good cause? Autumn is charity run/walk season in Chippewa Valley, with tons of different events happening over the next two months. Check ’em out:

Chippewa Valley Montessori Footslog Trail Run & Nature Walk

Sep. 16, 9am
A 5k trail run/walk and a family friendly 1 mile nature walk through Lowes Creek Trails.

Kids of Steel Triathlon

Sep. 17, 2pm
Swim in the Y pool, run to Owen Park, and bike on the Chippewa River Trail.

Pledge for Paws Dog Walk

Sep. 23, noon-3pm
A leisurely dog walk through Irvine Park that helps raise funds for the Chippewa Humane Society.

11th Annual Down Syndrome Awareness Walk

Sep. 24, 10:30am
A fun walk in Irvine Park for the family with plenty of attractions. Raises funds for Down Syndrome Awareness of the Chippewa valley.

Southview Bear Crawl Walk/Run 1 Mile & 5K

Sep. 30, 8:30am-noon
A family-oriented walk/run event with 1 mile and 5K distance. Proceeds go to the new Southview elementary playground.

Run With the Cops 5K for Special Olympics

Oct. 12, 5-9pm
Join dozens of law enforcement officers at the UWEC campus for this 5K (or a 1 mile option) to benefit local Special Olympics athletes.

Haunted Hustle 5K & Spooky Sprint

Oct. 21, 9am
A 5K walk/run and Spooky Sprint at Owen Park. for the kids, costume contests and entertainment. Proceeds benefit several area charities.
