A Day at the Y

I was recently surprised to learn that the Eau Claire YMCA is quite easy for non-members to use.  If you aren't quite ready to have your hard-earned dollars come directly out of your bank account in the form of a gym membership, there is any easy answer. You can get a day pass for the YMCA to go inside and play. Individuals pay just $7 and if you are part of a couple that resides together, you my friend are a family and you pay $10 to go together. Students are probably even cheaper, but I am not one of those, so I didn't pay attention to that.

It has cured my winter blues to be able to get out of the house and play a little racquetball. The indoor track is great too and way better than going to the mall to walk  (no offense Oh-Oh-Oakwood). I realized just now that this sounds as though I may be employed by the YMCA and this is some sort of underground marketing scheme, but no. I have lived here for ten years and somehow never knew this about the Y, so I thought you should know too.
