In case you haven't heard, Volume One and Leinie's are throwing a little kickball tournament called the Chippewa Valley Rock-n-Roll Kickball Classic. It's coming up on May 28-29 and teams have until May 12 to sign up their squad of ballers (but act fast as the registrations are coming in and only the first 24 teams will be accepted!). Beginners are most certainly welcome, as once you toss in the seven bands, BBQ, beer, beanbags and more... well, it's just all about having a great time on Memorial Day weekend.

In the spirit of the event, Steve Betchkal of TV-18 came out with V1's own Eric Rasmussen to cover "kickball spring training."  The video is a slightly extended "directors cut" of a story that aired on WQOW a week or so back. Enjoy.
