Right now I’m sitting on a couch in Minnesota, reading the Star Tribune. Read ... read ... read ... oh, looky here. They say a Wisconsin website for the Government Accountability Board made a slight design mistake. Let’s check it out. Yep. Right smack dab in the middle of the site, there’s a snazzy little picture of the Minneapolis skyline. Gorgeous. According the WEAU.com, the state is “paying a Connecticut firm about $1 million dollars to develop the site.” The website offers state campaign finance and spending information.
