Family Boot Camp
Get the family fit this summer at the Chippewa Valley Family YMCA. Have fun as a family doing military type workouts. These workouts will include plyometrics, agility, jumping, body weight training, circuits, stations, jump roping, sprints, running hills, stairs and so much more. Dates available online.
