Rural Library Play N' Learn Playgroups

Playgroups at Fall Creek, Augusta, Fairchild, and Altoona public libraries hosted Eau Claire Family Resources Center. Free, fun interactive creative learning time for parents and children. Christmas Village

Irvine Park Christmas Village will be open from dawn to dusk. The display will include more than 100,000 Christmas lights and over 100 life-size Christmas scenes that replicate the Victorian era and the city's early history. The park becomes a Christmas village. Bring your family and friends to view this spectacular scene.

Family Fun Zone

Children and parents enjoy open play on the large turf field filled with numerous toys, games, sports equipment, inflatables, and dress up clothes. Organized activities are also offered at different times each morning which children may participate in if they choose or continue with open play.

Making Memories with Santa

Santa will be at Oakwood Mall daily. Santa’s house is located in the Sears wing. Santa may take occasional breaks to feed the reindeer throughout the day, so be sure to check his schedule online. Back Roads of Wisconsin​ Hugh Mandelert Art Society Exhibit

To quote Hugh Mandelert, “Here we are in the middle of all this beauty in Wisconsin,” so it is understandable that he encouraged the artists who studied with him and currently make up the Hugh Mandelert Art Society to paint what surrounds them. This resulted in various road trips with Hugh, searching for reference material.

Everyone is invited to share a little holiday cheer with your friends and neighbors. The The Eastside Hill Neighborhood, Flynn Elementary School, and the Eau Claire Music School are partnering to offer an evening of singing and socializing. The evening will begin at 5:30 at the Eau Claire Music School where we will warm up our voices. Then we will move through the neighborhood singing our way to Flynn Elementary where we will end the night with refreshments provided by Lynn's Chatterbox Cafe and Nelson Cheese Factory.
