Swan Lake Ballet Studio - Fall Kids Classes

Spring 9-week ballet lesson series. Learn diversity through dance, study classical ballet vocabulary, build up strong body, and experience creativity in dance. Saturday Birth Basics Class

This one-session class is designed for women (and their support person) in their seventh and eighth months of pregnancy. It is a basic labor and delivery class with a goal of preparing the woman and her partner for birth. If you are looking for a more detailed childbirth education class, the Prepared Birthing class is recommended.
