Kingfisher Supper Club Pop-Up Fundraiser
Kingfisher Pop Up brought to you by The Good Wives. Owners Ella and Ema are pursuing a new restaurant venture coming soon! Kingfisher will open early Spring 2026 in Durand, Wisconsin. The concept will be a traditional supper club with classic steak cuts alongside elevated salads and sides, pasta dishes, seafood and of course, the Friday Fish Fry. Leaning into the tradition of supper clubs customers can expect the same great quality as The Good Wives with scratch-made, wholesome ingredients.
All profits from the event will go towards the funding of this new endeavor.
MENU
- Welcome snack: baby popovers with bone marrow butter
- Course 1: cold freshwater fish served with cocktail sauce
- Course 2: iceberg wedge salad with house-made bleu cheese dressing, sunflower seeds, bacon bits and soft egg
- Course 3: pot roast with mashed potatoes, au jus, roasted carrots and celery with horseradish sour cream
- Course 4: classic cheesecake with shortbread crust and citrus zest

Cost
$85 meal, +$25 wine pairing
