November Artist Chelsea Meehan Exhibit
Chelsea Meehan spent weeks in northeastern France during an artist residency at Chateau Orquevaux. She pushed color into beautiful and enlightening directions with alcohol inks, acrylic inks, and liquid acrylics. Chelsea brought her abstract collection to Decadent Gifts and Gallery to share with you during November.
