NAMI Family-to-Family Class
Signature Program with a series of 8 weekly classes that meet for 2-1/2 hours each, designed for family and friends of adult individuals living with a mental illness; focuses on the biology of the major brain disorders, pharmacology, coping and communication skills, and sharing with others experiencing a similar situation.
