YMCA Fitness at the Riverfront - Circuits
The Chippewa Falls YMCA will be offering this 45-minute workout that gets your heart rate up and strengthens and tones your muscles at the same time. Move quickly through a number of exercises to work different muscle groups. This workout is a fun, challenging and motivating way to start your week off strong. Suitable for all fitness levels. All exercises can be modified.
