Mindfulness Introduction

Learn how mindfulness can bring more calm into your life. Mindfulness is paying attention to the present moment. Practicing mindfulness means learning to live fully in the present moment and to observe your thoughts and feelings without judging them. Mindfulness has been shown to help reduce stress, lower heart disease, lower blood pressure, reduce chronic pain, improve sleep, and alleviate gastrointestinal difficulties. This free hour long class is a combination of practice, instruction, and group discussion in a supportive environment.
