Aldo, Walt & Lizzie - Singing Mother Earth

Terry Mesch, noted Driftless Area performer, presents a dramatic reading of nature-inspired prose and poetry from Aldo Leopold, Walt Whitman, and Pepin County’s Elizabeth Clarke Hardy. The reading features “Good Oak,” a renowned chapter from Leopold’s “A Sand County Almanac.”

Terry has performed in numerous community theater productions in western Wisconsin and presents prose and poetry readings regularly. He has also developed, performed, and directed a trio of productions based on Pepin County history. (Photo courtesy of the Aldo Leopold Foundation.)
