Best Café/Coffeehouse

1st Place: Racy D’lene’s Coffee Lounge
2nd Place: Acoustic Café (Eau Claire)
3rd Place: Caribou Coffee

Racy D’lene’s Coffee Lounge (404 Riverside Ave., Eau Claire) is well-known as the ideal place for the classic coffeehouse environment. The locally owned café sports very comfortable couches and has been a music venue for some our favorite local artists in the past. The full café bar also provides tasty concoctions of both the liquid and sandwich/soup variety. A mainstay of local foodies, Acoustic Café (505 S. Barstow St., Eau Claire) provides weekly music treats as well as lovingly made sandwiches. And of course, you can get a much-needed caffeine boost. The unique, tall-backed booths are a known commodity to those who frequent the Acoustic. A fairly new arrival to Eau Claire, Caribou Coffee (1201 S. Hastings Way and 2112 Hastings Way) has been warmly welcomed for its comfortable seating, convenient locations, and bottomless refills, which provide one of the greatest incentives for the coffee addict. –Caleb Gerdes
