Best Beer Selection

A four year winner in this category, The Fire House (202 Gibson St., Eau Claire) is an undeniable place for drinkin’ brewskis considering they have 40 of them on tap in constant rotation. The Eau Claire spot is the perfect environment to try something new or drink what you love already, and they’ve got enough experimental flavors to make even the most staunch beer snob blush. The District Pub & Grill (101 Graham Ave., Eau Claire) opened this summer and already hopped (see what I did there?) its way to No. 2 in this competitive category. If you’re into beer, the 192-ounce. Moscow Mule might not tickle your fancy, but perhaps the huge slate of beers will. In third place, we have Lazy Monk Brewing (97 W. Madison St., Eau Claire), whose ever-evolving tap list of local German-influenced biers continues to give the Valley a great buzz year after year. – Eric Christenson
