Zymurgy takes its name from the Greek word for the study and practice of fermentation and is an awesome locally-owned brewery. Brewmaster Jonathan Christenson serves 15 taps from a raw-edge bartop, the brewery modeled to be sustainable, earth-conscious, and minimize waste creation. Many brews are made with local ingredients with 12 taps of unique creations, and non-beer options like root beer, seltzer, and house ginger ale. Mug Members get daily specials, while any area student (21+) can participate in Thursday Student Night deals. Darts, pool, and arcade-style games available.
