A new establishment on Eau Claire’s near West Side, 3rd & Vine brings together two of Wisconsin’s favorite things: beer and cheese. And not just the kind of stuff you can grab at the grocery store: You’d be hard pressed to find many of the cheese or brews anywhere else in the Valley. The six draft beer taps are changed up regularly, and 150+ beers are available in bottles and cans, which you can enjoy there or take home. Also serves small plates, charcuterie boards, sandwiches, and salads. Outdoor seating in the summer. Available to host private events. Closed Tuesdays.
