Thursday, Sept. 26, culinary management students will provide an authentic Italian dining experience at 620 West, the fully functional demonstration kitchen and dining room at the technical college.
Dishes include mixed crostini, grilled lamb chops, mushroom and asparagus risotto, and many more tasty plates to choose from. At the bar, find Italian grape sour, Italian wines, and more presented by wine specialist William Bernier. The program will reveal a list of potential community events, which guests can vote among and purchase discounted admission for.
