The Pablo Center at the Confluence recently announced the creation of a new position: director of development. Monica Frederick will serve in that role for the arts center, heading ongoing efforts to build relationships within the community, plan for the future, and advance in terms of sustainability. Frederick, who holds a bachelor’s in political science from UW-Eau Claire, has 20 years of experience in business development, previously holding roles including vice president of business development and marketing at Royal Construction and vice president of marketing and communications at Tradesman Inc. “I am excited to keep pushing the needle forward at Pablo Center at the Confluence,” she said. “Watching the excitement on the faces of youth as they perform on a stage as big as the RCU Theatre, I am reminded of the importance of my mission at Pablo Center: sustainability for future generations.”
