Local pop superstars The Millenium have released a new video for their song, “Take Me” (watch it below) off their debut album It’s So Much Friendlier With Two. The video puts the band in an empty room – just like the lyrics reference – and with the burst of the infectious tune’s last chorus, a burst of gold confetti flies around the band. As they say, “This is a celebration.” And if you check out The Millenium’s Facebook page, they have a hilarious short outtake of singer Matt Hasenmueller choking on a little bit of said confetti during the shoot. Just an FYI.

The full lineup is released for the Summerset Music & Camping Festival in Somerset, which runs Aug. 14-16. Bassnectar, Big Gigantic, Deadmau5, and The Weeknd are slated as headliners for the huge EDM/hip hop festival. The party doesn’t stop there, though. The festival is also bolstered by the likes of Action Bronson, Earl Sweatshirt, Odesza, Slow Magic, BADBADNOTGOOD, Ghostface Killah, Rae Sremmurd, and Bone Thugz-N-Harmony performing their second album E:1999 Eternal in its entirety with the all of the crew’s original members. For the full lineup, check out summersetfestival.com.

Speaking of festivals, the Eaux Claires Music & Arts Festival just sold out of two-day enhanced Chippewa Passes, which ensure buyers a bevy of unlimited beverages during the festival. Eaux Claires is also in the midst of rolling out promotional images of each act with coinciding signature Michael Perry descriptions. Alongside are two new videos – one of Justin Vernon performing a rendition of “Inside Out” by Eaux Claires headliner, Spoon, and one of Francis Farewell Starlite of Francis and the Lights covering Tom Waits’ “Train Song.” Stay in the loop with these updates and more by liking Eaux Claires on Facebook, and keeping in touch on their various social media platforms.
