If you’ve ever worried about finding a seat at the local dining delight Singha Thai, you’re going to have got something to look forward to! When Singha Thai, 203 N. Barstow St., expands into the unoccupied storefront next door, it will double its current size. In a brief interview, Pao Yang of Singha Thai said he hopes this expansion will mean the restaurant can stop turning people away. “Hopefully we’ll have enough room to accommodate everyone,” he said. “People still line up at the door. We want to be able to accommodate large groups and parties.” So far we’re still hazy on new offerings this expansion will entail, but Yang did tease us with the promise of a new lunch-hour buffet.
