Robert Gehrke is a full-time artist working in painting and sculpture.

Robert Gehrke is a full-time artist working in painting and sculpture. His sculpture “T-Table” was in the 2014 Sculpture Tour Eau Claire and was recognized with a people’s choice award. His painting “Bear Cave” received an award of excellence in last year’s 27th Northern National Juried Art Competition in Rhinelander. He was in a recent two-person alumni show at the Foster Gallery at UW-Eau Claire. His work is in numerous public and private collections including the University of Montana, Missoula, Moose Lake State Park in Minnesota, and Acuity Headquarters in Sheboygan.

Volume One finds its cover art in a number of ways, from local art shows to random emails to knowing someone who knows someone who knows a great artist. The art always originates from a current or former Chippewa Valley resident. If you'd like to submit cover art, send us a letter.
