We are hiring! V1 is starting to gear up for a busy holiday season at The Local Store so we’re now hiring one or possibly two part-time retail sales associates to help out seasonally and perhaps beyond. You can find details about this in the ad on page 49 and online at at VolumeOne.org/careers

Last call for kickball teams! If you wanted to get a team together and have a blast this Sept 6-7 for the Rock-n-Roll Kickball Classic you only have until August 22 to sign up! The bands have all been announced (and it’s a fun tribute band fest!) and all the details are online at VolumeOne.org/kickball

Best Of voting ends Aug 22. It’s another record year for the number of votes pouring in across the Chippewa Valley for everything from eateries to local issues. It’s a big poll, we know. But you don’t have to complete all of it, just the parts that interest you. If you haven’t yet made your choices heard, get to VolumeOne.org/bestof

The musicians of the concert series are 88% funded so far. There’s just two weeks left to donate to the musicians that play Phoenix Park all summer long. Our goal was to raise $7,000 to split among the 36 acts, but we can only make it the rest of the way with your help. You can donate at the event or online at VolumeOne.org/concerts
