Fanny Hill Gets Chef'ed

Dave Fischer, an award-winning local chef, is joining the Riverview Grille team at the Fanny Hill supper club as the executive chef. Having worked in the restaurant business for over 30 years as a chef, owner, and manager, Fischer definitely has the experience necessary for the job. Locally, he has worked at Woo’s Pagoda, Fischers’ on the Green, and Mama T’s. In his short time at Fanny Hill, Fischer has already started expanding the restaurant’s menu. He has added some more upscale menu items, such as bacon-wrapped filet mignon, blue crab stuffed mushroom caps, and New York strip steak, while still keeping many of the current items that customers love, such as the beer-battered cheese curds, the Friday night fish fry, and Saturday night prime rib.
