Ben Rueter

It looks like businesses and eager entrepreneurs in the Chippewa Valley could be getting a boost soon thanks to a recent grant of $100,000 from Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation. The money was awarded to Innovation Foundation of Western Wisconsin which is a company that helps business and entrepreneurs in the Western Wisconsin area. According to the news release, one of the requirements to receive this fund is that one third of the funds needs be used as grants for the company’s business and the rest of the funds are used to aid growing business.
