Kathy and Greg Brice, the champions of all things organic and local, are back and bigger then ever. The duo recently launched their new restaurant, Wisconsin Street Café and Bakery, and are already hard at work concocting a new list of mouth-watering dishes for the Valley.

The new digs, located in Banbury Place’s Building 2 (in downtown Eau Claire), includes all of your favorites from their previous eatery, Harmony Corner Café, plus a whole slew of delectable new dishes.

Wisconsin Street touts their signature grass-feed burgers made with all-natural beef, born and raised in the Chippewa Valley. It also comes with savory French fries, fried in peanut oil, creating a healthier option for diners. Then there’s the gargantuan salad bar, stocked exclusively with produce grown in the area including organic lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, green onions, radishes, peas, and other seasonal produce.

Rounding out the list of tasty meals is the new breakfast menu. Loaded with organic eggs, hashbrowns, locally raised bacon, sausage and ham, pancakes and real maple syrup, and homemade baking powder biscuits and gravy. The duo has also opened their kitchen to two vendors – Moneatza’s Treat and Magaly’s Bamba Salsa, who sell cheesecake and Mexican fare, respectively.

Between the sinful sweets and baked goods we’ve come to know and love from Harmony, the new look, and new menu, fans of quality local food are even happier with the opening of Wisconsin Street Café and Bakery.
