I am intrigued by the way artificial lighting illuminates the natural world, distorting the colors and creating a magical atmosphere. When I am wandering around Eau Claire at night I feel like I am in a dream. Not content by just looking, I photograph these beautiful scenes so I can keep them with me and also show others how I see the world.” – The Artist – The Artist
What we were thinking: “This photo was shot in the fall in Eau Claire and the colors that are present are both brilliant and slightly erie. From a photography standpoint, this shot was taken with a large depth of field, also known as deep focus, meaning that most of the objects in the foreground and background are in focus, which creates a layout interesting to the eye." – V1 Designer Josh Smeltzer.
