Grab your Scotch and get those creative juices flowing because the “Off the Roll” Tape Sculpture Contest, sponsored by 3M, is looking for an eccentric and inspired masterpiece. Make any non-vulgar, non-copyrighted sculpture out of at least 90 percent Scotch tape and then submit three candid photos of your work by February 28, 2010. A panel of expert artists and a public vote online will decide the grand prize and runners up (they get $500).
