The Sue Orfield Band is hosting a new guest artist series at The Red Parrot in Eau Claire, aptly called “The Sue Orfield Band Presents,” in which they collaborate with another local musician or band for an evening of unique entertainment. In the past few weeks of free evening shows, SOB has joined forces with country singer Johnny Lynch and blues stylist Catya. But fear not; you still have a chance to check out the action for several months. Among the announced dates thus far, SOB will unite with worldly flautist Peter Phippen on Dec. 10, folk guitarist Billy Krause on Jan. 21, and the explosive vocals and harmonic folk stylings of QuinnElizabeth on Feb. 18.
