Not sure what to do for New Years? There are plenty of options out there for you, my friend. Take the whole family out to the Mabel Tainter Theater to see high school students from across western Wisconsin perform a variety of music. Take a trip back in time to the Fabulous Forties Gala at Florian Gardens, complete with hors d’oueuvres and champagne. Dine to the sweet serenades of TSR Quartet at Fischers on the Green. How about some beer and jazz at the Heyde Arts Center, or dinner and A Don’t Hug Me Christmas Carol at Fanny Hill? Reminisce rockabilly style with The Thundermen at Sammy’s Pizza. Bang your head till it hurts with The Jaggernauts, SF INC., Orestus, The Jim Pullman Band, The Holy Rifles, Kaptivating Kate, Sign of the Times, and Matt Florence and the Annihilators at the House of Rock or Bordlerline at the Stout Ale House. Bellow out the blues at the Snout Saloon. Jam it up with Bill and Dan’s Excellent Adventure at The Mousetrap. Shake your booty through the decades at the Stones Throw or flirt with the DJ at the Pioneer Grill and Saloon and the Village Tavern. Sing your heart out and flirt with the DJs at Butch and Jackie’s and the Sunbeam. Loopy’s will have shuttles going back and forth from the Country Inn so you can get a discounted room and enjoy the hot tub – at the bar, rock out to Changing Subjects, and win prizes playing volleyball and bean bag toss. Now you definitely have a reason to go out this New Year’s Eve.
