Gentle Yoga

This class is for anyone looking for a slower gentle yoga class. The focus will be on mind, body, and breath connection. Great for stress reduction and melting away tension. Some relaxation poses are held for several breaths to invite release of muscle tension. Very beginner friendly.

The Lights of Love program is designed to honor and remember loved ones and celebrate the season. Multiple trees are illuminated throughout the facility. An indie-pop driven band from Minneapolis that has recorded multiple EP’s that have drawn a captive audience throughout the Twin Cities and beyond. Their most recent EP highlights a mix of funky and electric tones that builds the band’s current sound even further, it also contains the band’s first official feature, Dizzy Fae.
