Latitude 44 Karma Yoga Series

The Karma Yoga Series is for the yogi that wants to give back to our community. This class is the same as the Level 1 Vinyasa Flow class, but is donation based. The donations from our May Karma Yoga class will be benefitting the American Legion Post 53 (Water St.).

A New York City based actor and voice teacher originally from Chippewa Falls, Nate Plummer will return to the area to perform a benefit concert for Bryan Joas, who was in a hit and run bike accident. Proceeds from the benefit concert will go to supporting Bryan and his family.

7th Annual Eau Claire Triathlon

Beginners and veteran triathletes alike have used our Sprint Triathlon as a great way to get their summers started with a bang. Compete individually or as part of a team. Meditation Buddhist Study Group

Interested individuals are invited to join the group to read the book Excellent at the Beginning: Discovering the Buddhist Way, by Khenpo Karthar Rinpoche. Lama Yeshe, a western monk and student of Karthar Rinpoche, teaches the class. Participants will read a section before the meeting. After a short meditation, Lama Yeshe teaches and leads the book discussion. The class is for all levels.
