Beginner Yoga Workshop

Designed for those new to yoga that are looking to set solid groundwork to grow their practice. Discuss an array of topics such as: what to expect in a yoga class, typical class structure, types of yoga, breathing, and meditation. Practice yoga poses and flow for a portion of the class. 3,000 runners+ will take to the streets for the annual Eau Claire Marathon. There are still slots available for the marathon, half marathon, 5k, and kids races. Food trucks at the finish line include the Brew Pub Pizza, Davis Dogs LLC, Holy Donuts, The Hubb, and more.

Girls on the Run of the Chippewa Valley 5K Celebration is a great family friendly non timed run. Fun and festivities begin at 9am, race at 10am. You can register on race day too. Join GOTR to celebrate it's 10 years of being in the Chippewa Valley, inspiring girls in grades 3-5 to be healthy and confident.

Thin Mint Sprint 5k/10k and Kids Shortbread Shuffle

This 5K fun run/walk is a celebration of Girl Scouts, being active, and community involvement. The chip-timed race begins at 8:30 am in front of the Pine Pavilion in Carson Park in Eau Claire, WI and is open to anyone. After the race, there will be DJ entertainment, inflatables, and a community expo showcasing their sponsors and partners. A half-mile Shortbread Shuffle kids run will start at 8 am.
