On Sunday afternoons between Mother`s Day and late September, Bullfrog Fish Farm offers "hobo lunches" on the beach. You can catch your own trout and have it cooked up fresh. Non-fish eaters can get a buffalo brat or a "Sleazy Cheese" sandwich (with tomato and pesto on grilled bread).
