Warning: If you order online and specify a delivery time, they'll probably ignore it and just come right away. Which isn't great when you aren't going to be home for another 45 minutes, which is why you asked for your food to be delivered in 45 minutes. Also, I've asked for my subs without cheese, and lately, they keep messing that up. Not such a great thing for a person with a dairy allergy. |

I love their Italian subs. However, if you're going to go, get it TO GO. Whenever people amass in JJ's the staff cranks the (usually obnoxious) music louder to drown out conversation and it's always FREEZING. Compared to others I have been to, service is pretty lousy. |

Not sure which came first Jimmy Johns or Erberts and Gerberts, but they appear to be very similar as far as the menu and prices. Subs are ok, but nothing worth driving out of your way for |

Better tasting subs than their most direct competitor, and they have decent hot peppers (not those sad little banana pepper things). Not a great location. No soup. Not much more to say about a sub place. |

Ate here a few times and enjoyed the sandwhiches for the most part. However, I have seen their service at what I hope is their worst... The other day my roomate decided to order one for delivery and was told that the sub would be here "soon". Being as we live two miles away, we figured soon meant, 30 mins or less. Wrong. 45 mins later, my roomate decided to call the place to make sure that they didn't "lose" his order. Their response was that "it's not here, so it must be on the way". Another 30 mins passed and his sub finally arrived. When asked what took so long, the driver resonded with "I was busy, no apology. The roomate decided to let the store know that he was dissatisfied with their service, and that if they were busy, a courtesy call would be nice. Also, he mentioned that he would probably not me using their establishment in the future. The store's response? "Ok, bye". Seriously, what happened to "the customer is always right" theory? I can order a pizza and get it in less time. Sad. |

I literally ate at a Jimmy John's two or three times a week at my previous job (because it was one of the only nearby options), and I have to say it really wore down on me. I want more veggie options for my sandwiches, and, darn it, is it REALLY too much to ask for a sub on wheat? |

Great Subs, and when they say "freaky fast delivery"... they mean it! |

I'd give a better rating if it were only based on food, but I've had some really slow deliveries. |

The bread is good but check out their online nutrition chart - almost 1000 calories for a #9 club sandwich! Yikes! |

Great sandwhiches when your craving them! But it took over an hour to deliver it to me! |

Not that great. Although they are really fast, I didn't care for their bread, it felt as if it was refridgerated which I didn't like. |
