Try the bread pudding or the quiche if you want more than a warm drink. I wish they' stay open longer...

Quaint is definitely the best word to describe Grand Ave. The breakfast food and sandwiches are amazing. Try the bread pudding or Quiche of the Day and you're sure to melt right there in your chair. The coffee mugs are clear, which for some reason just weirds me out, but otherwise it's a great place!

'Enjoyed the best soup ever in this cozy, friendly restaurant. It was sausage and vegetable served very hot as I requested. However, the free bread that accompanied it was dry and tasteless. Friends and I enjoy having breakfast at Grand Ave, because they have marvelous oatmeal that can be requested with the works. Their muffins are good, too. I've taken company on a walking tour in the neighborhood and it's fun to haunt boutiques that are nearby.

The Grand Ave. Cafe is a great place to bring out of town guests or to meet up with friends. The food is tasty (especially the soup) and the setting perfect for conversation.

Nice and cozy, so seating is limited, though they put patio furniture out at summer, which seems the perfect way to enjoy lunch in that quaint section of downtown. They've got a bunch of unique sandwhiches, with even more unique names. Plus they serve them with home-style patato chips!
