On Saturday, June 30, Fontinalis (aka Chef Brendan Mchale) offered a special dinner menu at SHIFT Cyclery & Coffee Bar in downtown Eau Claire. Options included roasted lamb top round with broccoli rabe pesto, baked polenta, and lemon and brown butter; strawberry with pine nut butter, basil, and pantaleo goat's milk cheese; peas salad with asparagus, manchego, parsley, and mint; and a smoky potato salad.
